Why Fire Doors Matter
Fire doors are a critical component of passive fire protection. They are specially designed to resist the spread of fire and smoke, helping to compartmentalise buildings and protect escape routes—ultimately saving lives and property.
Given the increasing emphasis on fire safety in residential buildings, especially those that house vulnerable individuals, replacing outdated or non-compliant doors is more important than ever.
Our Role in the Project
Our team is currently undertaking the supply and installation of fully certified fire door sets, which meet the latest standards, including:

Third-party certification (e.g. BM TRADA/Q-Mark or BWF-Certifire)

Fully compliant hardware and intumescent materials
We’ve also ensured that our installation process aligns with the regulatory requirements under the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, ensuring Adullam Homes’ properties continue to meet and exceed fire safety obligations.
